Elizabeth Kurkoski
Beth has been practicing Divorce Mediation since 2001. Beth earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Society from Binghamton University and an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Broome Community College. She entered the field of conflict resolution in 1991. Since then Beth has received certifications in the following areas of mediation: Special Education, Family Court (Custody, Visitation and Child Support), Department of Labor, and Divorce Mediation. She has developed and implemented Peer Mediation in 11 area schools. Beth has provided mediation and conflict resolution to law enforcement officers, school personnel, students, public assistance recipients, and jail inmates. In addition, Beth has coordinated and trained portions of a statewide Child Support training for Family Court and is certified through the New York State Office Court Administration to train mediators in Custody and Visitation. Beth is a member of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation.
